Pursuant to the provisions of Article 16 of the Enterprise Law 2020 stipulates prohibited acts as follows:
- Issuing or refusing to issue an enterprise registration certificate, requesting the enterprise founder to submit other papers contrary to regulations;
- Causing delay, trouble, obstruction or harassment of business founders and business activities of enterprises.
- Preventing owners, members and shareholders of the enterprise from exercising their rights and obligations as prescribed by law and the company's charter.
- Conducting business in the form of an enterprise without registration or continuing business when the Certificate of Business Registration has been revoked or the enterprise is being suspended from business operations.
- Dishonestly and inaccurately declaring the contents of the enterprise registration dossier and the contents of the registration dossier for change of enterprise registration contents.
- Short declaration of charter capital, failure to contribute the full amount of charter capital as registered; intentionally valuing assets contributed as capital at the wrong value.
- Trading in industries and trades prohibited from business investment;
- Trading in industries and trades that have not yet had market access for foreign investors;
- Conducting conditional business lines when they do not meet the business conditions as prescribed by law or fail to ensure the maintenance of business investment conditions during operation.
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing.
